  • Vacation Rental Policies and Rates

    Acceptable Forms of Payment 

    • Bank Money Order
    • Cashiers Check/Cheque
    • Credit Card thru  PayPal  (processing fee applies) 
    • Direct Cash Deposit 
    • Personal Check/Cheque

  • Check-in and Departure

    • Check-in: After 3:00 pm EST. on arrival day - No early check-in's, Please.
    • Check-out: Before 10:00 am EST. on departure day - No Late Check-out's, Please.

  • Required Policy

    Minium length of stay: 3 Days

  • Deposits - 50% of Rental Fee(s) Are Required To Reserve Your Desired Dates.
    A     $500.00 Damage Deposit is Required At Time of Reservation Which is 100%  Refundable After Acceptable Home Inspection & Return of Keys.  Please Note: Any Missing or Broken items will be deducted from damage deposit. The remainder of the deposit will be returned to the Guest approximately 30 days after the departure date. (under normal circumstances we usually mail refund checks within 1 week of departure).

    Weekend $550 - 3 Nights 

    Weekly $850

    Monthly $2,150
